Phil, this wasn’t fucking amateur hour. PEOPLE DIED BECAUSE OF YOUR LACK OF SUPERVISION. THERE WERE RAPTORS ALL UP IN THE KITCHEN PHIL. IN THE GOD DAMN KITCHEN.
YOU HAD ONE JOB PHIL. ONE JOB.

Mamahood
My baby is 7 weeks old. She’s so awesome, I find myself doing the stereotypical things of sniffing her head and watching her sleep quite often. Having her may not have been my life plan but I don’t regret for a minute our decision to keep her.
However, having said that, there are aspects of my life that I wish to keep as before. I don’t want to just be mama, I want to have my interests and life still. Things I miss are small and probably sound silly: vintage clothes shopping; gigs; ale; heatedly discussing articles read on Feministe with my boyfriend, but I love all of it.
Also it’d be nice to discuss things that don’t include Astrid, but seeing as she takes up 24/7 and people are fascinated by her it’s proving difficult. Quite a few friends have understandably taken a step back but I haven’t made any new ones (not really one for baby groups) so it’s all a bit lonely really.
Moan over.

Having a six week old baby is a bit like having a pet monkey.
